Services
Pacific Boat Services provides marine maintenance, repairs, haul-outs, detailing, bottom paint services, brokerage assistance, and related marine services. All services are subject to availability and inspection.

 

Estimates and Payment
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during service.

 

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Pacific Boat Services reserves the right to withhold release of any vessel until payment is received in full.

 

Scheduling and Delays
Service timelines are estimates only. Weather conditions, parts availability, marina operations, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact completion times. Pacific Boat Services is not liable for delays beyond our control.

 

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate vessel information
• Removing personal belongings prior to service
• Ensuring the vessel is accessible and authorized for service
• Maintaining valid insurance coverage on the vessel

Pacific Boat Services is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left aboard the vessel.

Haul-Out and Yard Services
All haul-out and yard services are performed using industry-standard practices. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, marine services inherently involve risk. Customers acknowledge and accept these risks when authorizing service.

 

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Boat Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from services performed. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

 

Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated in writing, services are provided without additional warranties beyond those required by law. Manufacturer warranties on parts may apply where applicable.
